Can you arrive early to paint the birthday child?

In our effort to provide you with the best possible experience, we understand the importance of punctuality. Arriving about 20-30 minutes earlier allows us to ensure that everything is prepared for the birthday celebration. It gives us the opportunity to meet you, understand any specific requests or preferences, and set up our equipment accordingly.

We believe that painting the birthday child should be a joyous and memorable experience, and we want to make sure we have ample time for this artistic process. We take our time to communicate and connect with the child, making sure they feel comfortable and excited about their face painting.

If you have any specific wishes or ideas regarding the painting design, feel free to let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Do you use a number system to manage the queue?

We understand your concerns regarding the adoption of a numbering system in a busy room when it comes to managing children and their turn-taking. While it may seem like a logical solution to facilitate organization and fairness, we have found that in practice, it can have its drawbacks.

One of the main reasons we choose not to implement a numbering system is the potential time-consuming aspect of locating children when it’s their turn. In a bustling room filled with activities and distractions, finding a specific child based on their assigned number can be challenging and may lead to delays in the overall flow of the activities.

Instead, we encourage children to engage in other enjoyable activities while they wait for their turn to come. Our experience has shown that children are mostly okay with waiting for their turn and actively participate in other activities happening within the room in the meantime.

Do you have pictures for children to choose from?

While we are more than happy to provide suggestions, we believe in the artistry of our face painting team.

Our talented artists take pride in their creations and find joy in tailoring each design to suit a child’s features and personality. By not relying on pictures, they are able to tap into their artistic intuition and create truly one-of-a-kind face paintings. This approach allows for a more personalized and memorable experience for every child.
